Allison has always loved baking, and always loved desserts. She is someone who goes to dinner and sometimes orders the dessert first and then the dinner second. When she lived in D.C. for college she had fun traveling all around the district to find the best oatmeal raisin cookie. Why? Just because. She is someone who truly has a love for desserts, and often one of the things she thanks God for is sugar (and coffee). She has probably been to most of the bakeries in Westchester and to most of the well known ones in the city. For about a year (or more) she drove around to all the towns in Westchester to find the bakeries and good dessert places. At this time, it wasn't research for a bakery one day, it was just a love for flavors and good desserts.
